Position :	Delivery Control position.
Job Description :	Key Responsibilities 1. Coordination with Production Control and Delivery Management Liaise with the Production Control department at the head office in Japan and coordinate with the Sales Division on product delivery schedules and confirmations. Responsible for delivery control and shipment arrangements, promptly alerting the relevant manager and Sales Division on critical items as needed. 2. Inventory Management Support In the event of excess inventory, report to the wider sales team and encourage the appropriate next steps to clear stock and support sales. 3. Cross Departmental Coordination Work closely with the sales team, colleagues at overseas sales offices, and other related departments in day-to-day operations. 4. Data Management and Reporting Support the ongoing improvement of daily operations through data management, performance tracking and preparation of regular reports. 5. Other Duties Perform other related tasks as assigned. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก 1. การประสานงานกับฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิตและการจัดการการจัดส่ง ประสานงานกับฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิตที่สำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น และประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเกี่ยวกับตารางการส่งมอบสินค้าและการยืนยันการส่งมอบ รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมการส่งมอบและการจัดการการขนส่ง แจ้งผู้จัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องและฝ่ายขายทันทีเมื่อจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับรายการที่สำคัญ 2. การสนับสนุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง ในกรณีที่มีสินค้าคงคลังมากเกินไป ให้รายงานไปยังทีมขายทั้งหมด และกระตุ้นให้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมเพื่อระบายสินค้าคงคลังและสนับสนุนการขาย 3. การประสานงานข้ามแผนก ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมขาย เพื่อนร่วมงานที่สำนักงานขายต่างประเทศ และแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินงานประจำวัน 4. การจัดการข้อมูลและการรายงาน สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานประจำวันอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านการจัดการข้อมูล การติดตามประสิทธิภาพ และการจัดทำรายงานเป็นประจำ 5. หน้าที่อื่นๆ ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
