Job Description :	- Get forecast and order information from customer (Thai and oversea) - Input order and forecast in ERP (Internal system) - Communicate and confirm an internal requirement for delivery concern - Contact to customer to adjust delivery - Summary and analyse order, forecast data by comparison information - Confirm reason for order and forecast flutuation - Control Japan export project (Order, Forecast, Delivery timing etc.) - Summary shipment list to export team - Confirm monthly stock with customer and update usage to supplier - Confirm sales amount and input inboice data for all customer in ERP. - Other task as assignment - รับข้อมูลคาดการณ์และคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า (ทั้งคนไทยและต่างชาติ) - ป้อนข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อและคาดการณ์ลงในระบบ ERP (ระบบภายใน) - สื่อสารและยืนยันข้อกำหนดภายในสำหรับปัญหาการจัดส่ง - ติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อปรับข้อมูลการจัดส่ง - สรุปและวิเคราะห์คำสั่งซื้อ ข้อมูลคาดการณ์โดยการเปรียบเทียบข้อมูล - ยืนยันเหตุผลของคำสั่งซื้อและความผันผวนของการคาดการณ์ - ควบคุมโครงการส่งออกไปยังประเทศญี่ปุ่น (คำสั่งซื้อ คาดการณ์ ระยะเวลาการจัดส่ง ฯลฯ) - สรุปรายการจัดส่งให้กับทีมส่งออก - ยืนยันสต๊อกสินค้ารายเดือนกับลูกค้าและอัปเดตการใช้งานให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ - ยืนยันยอดขายและป้อนข้อมูลใบแจ้งหนี้ของลูกค้าทั้งหมดในระบบ ERP - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
