Job Description :	- Back up for Internal drawing control until finish - Back up for system process audit - Back up for Co-Check - Back up about trial PO and Order information - To inform to internal person who responsile for PO and forecast information - Follow up production plan and delivery plan - Make an arrangment about logistics issue and follow up the outcome - Receive PO and screen the correction of PO - To adjust the delivery date with customer - To issue export sheet (in case of export) - To control the delivery - Support Senior Executive to adjust and decide the method for delivery - To follow up Packaging standard - Support Supervisor to submit packging standard - To control the outside's company stock (Volvo) - To inform customer's request to internal and follow up the answer - To issue monthly sales amount document - Back up for control the design change schedule and follow up the approval - Back kup for submit VA/VE - To inform the quality information from customer to internal organization - Monitoring score card form customer and inform to factory - Control order quality showed in ERP and actual order/forecast form customer - To attend the ISO/IATF training and back up to issue the documents - To evaluate the environment aspect that concern to Sales Dept - Other duties as assigned
